In the above video it's a super-long 3-axis 3-head roller brush making machine, which was particularly designed to produce those very big and long roller brushes. Its worktable is 10M long! So how long are the roller brushes to be made? The size range of roller brushes it can process is listed below:

The maximum length of a roller brush: 4000mm

The maximum outer diameter of a roller brush base (without filaments): 200mm

The maximum length of filaments (outside holes): 110mm

The maximum diameter of holes: 7mm (Other different size range could be customized)

Of course operator could also use this machine to make those normally short roller brushes, such as 10cm or 20cm long roller brushes, absolutely there's no problem for that.
