This is a CNC 3-axis tufting machine, it's making a roller brush with tampico filaments. Besides tampico, the machine can also process filaments made from PP, PVC, PET, pig bristles, horse hair, stainless steel wires, copper wires, etc.
Please note this is a tufting machine only, it can't drill holes. If your original roller brush pieces are molded without holes, we'd like to suggest a 3-axis 3-head roller brush drilling and tufting machine instead, which drills holes and tufts filaments synchronously.
