Most industrial roller brushes are made with staggered holes or linera holes, only a few brushes are made with V-shaped holes or spiral holes.

When producing roller brushes with V-shaped holes or spiral holes, please kindly note that the machine model in the above video can't drill holes and tuft filaments synchronously, all the holes are drilled firstly and the filaments are tufted secondly. However, if producing roller brushes with staggered holes or linear holes, this machine model can drill holes and tuft filaments synchronously, no problem for that.
