This machine model is quite popular among industrial brush manufacturers. It's a CNC 3-axis dualpurose machine with really long worktable, used to make both roller brushes and industrial plank brushes.

The maximum length of the roller brush base it can process is 3M! (A machine in other size range could be customized)

However, it's under testing in the above video, so the technician was just making a small and short roller brush with black filaments. Please click to see how it makes an industrial plank brush.

It's equipped with two grippers holding two roller brushes on worktable. Drilling holes and filling holes with filaments are done synchronously. After filling holes with filaments, the machine automatically stops and the gripper automatically unlocks to let operator take out the finished roller brush and put into another new brush base to be processed. It doesn't resume working until operator finishes changing brush bases and presses "Start" button again.
