It's a CNC 4-axis brush filling machine in the above video, which is making grey dishwashing brushes with snow-white filaments.

In many cases, 4-axis brush filling machines are used to produce spherical brushes, such as round toilet brushes, double side hockey brushes, ceiling-cleaning brushes, etc.

However, some manufacturers prefer to use plastic brush bases which are moulded without holes, then, a 5-axis 5-head machine or a 4-axis 3-head brush drilling and filling machine is suggested.
