This is a multifunctional 5-axis 3-head machine, which was designed to make four different brush models listed below:

1) Flat panel brushes: 600mm (Length) x 200mm (Width)

2) Cylindrical roller brushes: 600mm (Length) x 100mm (Diameter)

3) Flat disk brushes: 240mm (Outer Diameter)

4) Spherical toilet brushes (Normal Size)

In the above video, it was drilling holes for a black panel brush. After drilling holes, the gripper automatically conveys the panel brush base from drilling-head to tufting-head. Please click to see how it fills holes with filaments for the same panel brush model.
