It's a CNC 4-axis round toilet brush tufting machine of the latest style, with side worktable, also with two grippers holding two toilet brushes. Under "Automatic Mode", it makes toilet brushes continually, non-stop, which keeps high work efficiency. With servo motors, the maximum speed is 6 holes per second.

Also please note that the plastic toilet brush pieces should be already molded with holes in advance, as this is a tufting machine only, it cannot drill holes. If your plastic toilet brush pieces are molded without holes, a 5-axis 3-head drilling & tufting machine might be your best choice.
