This is a CNC 2-axis long-roller brush drilling and tufting machine, with a drilling-head and a tufting-head, used to make those very big and long industrial roller brushes. The maximum length of roller brush piece it can process is 2.5 metres; while the maximum diameter of roller piece (without filaments) it can process is 250mm; other bigger or longer sizes could be also customized.
As you could see from the above video demonstration, it drills holes and tufts filaments synchronously, which keeps high work efficiency.
