It's a CNC 4-axis tufting machine making industrial disk brushes with black filaments.
The filaments could be either vertical to the surface at 90 degrees or tilting at other angles, which is adjustable in program. The maximum diameter of disk brush piece allowed is 500mm, other size could be customized, please just contact us to specify your requirement.
Please also note that the plastic disk brush pieces should be already molded with holes in advance, as this is a tufting machine only, it can't drill holes. If your original plastic disk brush pieces are molded without holes, please take a look at this 4-axis 3-head disk brush drilling & tufting machine, it could be the perfect choice.
