It's a CNC 3-axis 2-head drilling & tufting machine with very big worktable, used to make big industrial plank brushes. As you could see from the above video, the plank material is very hard, thus the tufting speed is not so fast. Depending on different situations, operator can select whether to let the machine drill holes and tuft filaments synchronously or let it drill holes firstly and tuft filaments secondly, which is optional.
