This is a CNC 2-axis tufting machine with servo motors, which is making red plastic painting brushes with yellow filaments.
Normally, this 2-axis tufting machine is used to make plastic brooms, scrub brushes and other small plastic brushes with flat surfaces. Its tufting method is anchor-type (flat wire), and the fastest tufting speed is 7 holes per second.
