For a standardized 2-axis broom tufting machine with automatic feeding system, normally the broom base stacking area is 0.8M long, but the stacking area of the broom machine in the above video is 2M long, which was particularly customized for the customer.

What other different broom models can it make? Well, the answer is that it can make most plastic brooms with flat tufting surfaces, as long as the operator changes grippers accordingly and sets up corresponding programs for different broom models.

How about the broom filament colors and filament length? The machine model in the above video tufts three-colored filaments and the maximum length of the filaments outside holes allowed is 140MM.
