This is a CNC 2-axis high-speed broom tufting machine with servo motors, it's making plastic brooms with red filaments. There are two grippers holding two brooms on worktable, under "Automatic Mode", it tufts plastic brooms continually, non-stop.
This machine tufts vertically, however, the plastic broom pieces were already molded with holes tilting at different angles, thus a finished broom made by this machine was still with radial filaments!
