Theoretically speaking, as long as operator meets two necessary conditions listed below, he could use a machine to make thousands of different brush models of which the sizes are within the rated range.

1) For each different brush model, operator must have ready grippers which match the brush model perfectly. (Please note that only a set of grippers is offered with the brush machine together, free of charge, other extra grippers will be charged.)

2) Operator must set up corresponding programs for each different brush model. For example, if operator produces totally 10 different brush models, accordingly he must set up totally 10 programs.

Of course, operator must also comply with the basic principle that 2-axis machines make flat brushes and 3-axis machines make curved brushes, etc, obviously he cannot use a 2-axis machine to make curved brushes.
