Dear customers, yes, all our brush drilling & tufting machines should be connected with an air-compressor. When running our brush machines, air-pressure is used under these situations:
1) Lock and unlock grippers;
2) The filament-box moves up and down to change color for filaments;
3) H-axis moves up and down.
We'd like to suggest using an air-compressor which could generate air-pressure around 85.35 PSI - 113.80 PSI, equal to 6 KGF/CM2 - 8 KGF/CM2.
For reference, 1 PSI (Pounds Per Square Inch) = 0.0703 KGF/CM2 (Kilogram Force Per Square Centimeter)
If you have any further question regarding air-pressure, please do not hesitate to contact us at chloe@brushmachine1.com, we'll be so glad to get back to you at the earliest.
