Yes, dear customer, you need to set up separate programs for all different brush models.

For example, if an operator uses a 2-axis broom tufting machine to make totally 10 different broom models, accordingly he must set up 10 different programs.

In the computer system of our brush machines, programs are saved and named by File Numbers, thus they are also recognized by File Numbers. (Programs cannot be named by letters)

For example, operator saves the program of a red broom model with 94 holes as File 1; and saves the program of a green broom model with 120 holes as File 2; and so on.
