On the afternoon of August 15, 2017, Mr Ziya Kaya came to visit us, with his assistant Ms Feyza.

Mr Ziya is one of our "oldest" Turkish customers! Six years ago, he already ordered two sets of 4-axis 2-head broom tufting machines which were used to tuft plastic brooms with 260mm filaments. At that time, one of his technicians even stayed in our workshop for about a month, for the purpose of trying to get familiar with all aspects of the machines, learning how to deal with those typical mechanical problems which might occur during production.

This time, in order to expand his business scope, Mr Ziya came to order a new 2-axis tufting machine to make painting brushes.

As an extremely old friend with deep trust in us, Mr Ziya just sat down, tasted Chinese tea with us together, inquired about technicial details (with the help of his assistant Ms Feyza), then confirmed the new order naturally, without hesitation.

On the basis of long-standing co-operation, we firmly believe that the amicable business relationship between us will last long!
