Since covid-19 swept across the world in 2019, it had a profound impact on the global economy. All the major industries and services were seriously affected by the crisis from 2019.12 to 2022.12, so were we!!
Fortunately, since our government lifted the epidemic restrictions in Dec 2022, most domestic enterprises started recovering at a moderate pace. Everything gradually got back to normal, overseas customers started coming to visit us again, thus we had the honour to meet new and old customers again.
After seeing off the Pakistani customers at the beginning of May, we met another old friend from Kenya on the early morning of Jun.15 --- Mr Joseph, who has used our brush machines for more than six years and has already visited our facotry for three times till now.

Mr Joseph's mission was doing a quality check. We recently finished totally eleven sets of brush machines for his company, including two sets of 4-axis tufting machines, three sets of 2-axis tufting machines, four sets of small trimming machines, a set of automatic flagging & trimming machine and a set of pneumatic bristle cutting machine.
As an extremely skilled engineer, Mr Joseph checked all the details systematically. Touchable screens, frequency variators, power supplies, servo motors, drivers ... all were inspected carefully one by one. While checking the details, Mr Joseph shared his experience with our salesman: "Unlike those expensive machines, your machines are very easy for me these years, not difficult, like this clamp, and here this part, I can easily make them or fix them at my side, no problem at all ... "
Mr Joseph with our Technician Yang
After finishing checking the electric parts, Joseph also took time to set up programs for all his new brush models and continued sharing his working experience with our technicians: "For this brush model, it takes more time to set up the program, all the hole positions must be confirmed manually one by one, but on your 5-axis 3-head machine we bought in last order, that was much easier, all the holes were divided automatically by the computer, I just need to locate the position of the starting hole (the first hole) and the ending hole (the last hole) on each line ... "
After finishing QC and negotiation with the salesman for those extra spare parts, Mr Joseph flied back to Kenya on the evning of Jun. 20, 2023. Cordially all of us wished him a pleasant journey and were looking forward to meeting him for the fourth time in the coming future.
