Daniel was from Mexico, who came to our factory for QC and training from July 23 to July 27, 2012.

Daniel's machine was a 3-axis 3-head machine for making small industrial roller brushes. As a matter of fact, we didn't really "train" him a lot. He was an engineer in his own company, already ran similar brush machines for years and had rich experiences, so, most of the time, he actually "learnt" and tested the machine by himself.

What we did was just sitting down beside him and keeping watching his excellent performance that he ran the 3-axis 3-head machine and made roller brushes completely by himself. For this training, it was really an easy job, no, it's not a job, it was a kind of leisure instead, just chatting with a friend!

Daniel went back to Mexico on July 29, 2012. Training was over, but the friendship between us would last forever!
